Ingredient List:
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of plain yogurt
¼ cup of chopped scallions
¼ cup of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
2 anchovy fillets
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
